Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: The cost of standard shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Recorded Shipping: An additional fee applies for recorded shipping, calculated at checkout.

 Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during busy seasons like holidays.

 Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to Spain and the EU.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur during transit. However, if you choose recorded shipping, you can file a claim with the carrier for lost or damaged items.
