1. Eligibility for Refunds

  To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  

2. How to Start a Return

  If your item is damaged or defective, please include a photo so we can help you quickly.

4. Return Shipping

  If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or send you a replacement at no extra charge.

  For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
  

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order isn’t right, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund quickly and notify you by email. Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
